Elizabeth Bay Apartment
This project involved the integration of two side by side, 2 bedroom apartments being created into one 3 bedroom apartment. This harbourside property now features open plan living/dining and kitchen areas. This residence is finished to a very high standard with bespoke kitchen, marble bathrooms and polished blackbutt flooring. We worked to a strict budget on this project and achieved a stunning finish which resulted in a great return on investment for our clients when the property recently sold.
